Since opening in 2008, Thrive Gym has grown from a single location serving 63 children to 2 gym locations plus a 13,000 sq ft indoor turf location, serving a total 2250 kids. We employ 75+ staff members including 16 full time staff members, and have been voted one of Maryland's top workplaces multiple years in a row. 

 Thrive serves students as young as 6 months up through athletes 18 years old, and offers programs for the novice, the upper level athlete, and everyone in between. We pride ourselves on offering impactful programs, each structured through thoughtfully planned curriculum and taught by an exceptionally qualified teaching team.
